Thesis Project Description
My research aims to evaluate the effects of MSC co-delivery on temporal shifts in immune cell recruitment to and phenotype within synthetic PEG-4MAL hydrogels upon dorsal injection in immunocompetent mouse models. Additionally, I am working to engineer PEG-4MAL hydrogels that promote MSC immunomodulatory and tissue repair properties within murine bone defect models.
