Fredrick is pursuing a Master’s degree in Bio engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta-Georgia, USA under the Fulbright foreign student program. He is a Teaching Staff at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST)-Departmet of Biomedical Engineering &Biomedical Sciences in Uganda, with interests in medical device innovations and bioengineering research. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree of science in Biomedical Engineering from Makerere University in 2018. Fredrick draws his inspiration from past experiences working with different health facilities in fields of medical equipment management (repairs and servicing), research and innovation, teaching and mentor ship programs with great passion to impact healthy livelihood in low resource setting. He has participated in global forums: seminars, workshops and design competitions in which he executed diligently and got awarded certificates/prizes for outstanding performance(s). Most importantly, he is a team player and has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the biomedical engineering department at MUST.
